Meet Brian, Certified Nutrition Coach

Brian Rozler is a certified fitness professional with over four years of hands-on experience helping individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable health. His journey into fitness began with his own transformation—starting at 250 pounds, Brian committed to hard work, discipline, and consistency, losing the weight and discovering a deep passion for training that reshaped his life and career.

Brian holds multiple nationally recognized certifications, including NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), Certified Nutrition Coach, and AFAA-GFI (Group Fitness Instructor). His coaching career began in kickboxing fitness, where he developed a high-energy, technique-driven style that emphasizes both performance and empowerment. From there, he expanded into strength training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and functional conditioning.

Known for his ability to work with a wide range of clients, Brian has experience training special populations, including older adults, younger clients, and individuals with physical limitations or impairments. His approach is adaptive, inclusive, and rooted in meeting people where they are—while still challenging them to grow.

What sets Brian apart is his unique energy and genuine drive to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent long-term.
