We know once you experience Peak Fitness, you'll love it! We invite you to speak with a coach about your goals and book a complimentary one-on-one personal training session.
Your complimentary one-on-one session will last about 45 minutes, which includes a personal consultation with a certified coach and a 20 minute workout (equivalent to 90 minutes at the gym). After completing your one-on-one session, you'll be eligible for up to 4 free weeks.
The first step is a 5-7 minute phone call with a certified trainer to discuss your goals and schedule your one-on-one session.
