We know once you experience Peak Fitness, you'll love it! We invite you to meet with a coach and book a complimentary one-on-one personal training session and learn about our membership programs. After completing your one-on-one session, you'll be eligible for up to 3 free weeks.
Your initial free one-on-one session will last about 45 minutes, which includes a personal consultation with a certified coach and a 20 minute workout (equivalent to 90 minutes at the gym).
